I resolved the issue by restoring to an earlier date. But currently, I can't open Windows Explorer. The taskbar vanishes and reappears without the explorer open. Do you know how to fix this? Should I reinstall Windows? I'm using Windows 11 X64. Please let me know if you need more details.
