Rocket League or CSGO are solid choices. Custom modes like prop hunt, deathrun, sled building, and racing make Garry's Mod servers really engaging. Dark Souls 3 offers strong multiplayer mode and just dropped its first DLC. Overwatch is available only on Battle.net but is enjoyable with friends. Titanfall 2 recently launched with positive reviews. Forza Horizon 3 isn't on Steam but remains the top racing title for PC, and you can race online with Xbox players.
Under $10 Gangbeats, Move or Die, CS:GO, Insurgency, Chivalry:Medieval Warfare. Do note that not every game would cater to you or would entertain you for long so I suggest waiting for a discount so that you won't feel buyers remorse too much, but I do recommend getting Move or Die and CS:GO based upon my hours playing them for more than 800 hours in CS:GO and 79 hours in Move or Die. Left 4 Dead 2 is a game with countless hours of playthrough potential. You can face off against four players in 4 versus 4 or compete against an AI.
Great options available. I should note the rating T wasn't mentioned. These three titles could easily absorb you for 100 hours if they align with your interests. Forza has been playing nonstop, only pausing for Overwatch. If you enjoy drifting like me, the game really focused on that with more drift cars, widebody options, and dedicated drift zones—like speed zones but for scoring in drift. You can even drive a Warthog from Halo.
