Hey, I tried installing Reall Vision via Nexus Mod Manager. After downloading and adding it to the list, I placed it in Skyrim's data folder, enabled the ENB preset, and clicked install. I set the INI but when I launch the game nothing changed. It seems like something might be missing. Watching a tutorial could help, or maybe I skipped a crucial step?

You could handle it manually, that's the way I've done it.

Oh yeah did you download the files you need of the enb website ? since you need those and only copy the enbhost.exe and D3D9.DDL NOTHING ELSE else you will get a default enbseries shaders and not the one you downloaded (pick your game> download the lastest enbseries by clicking on the enbseries you need (check your download page where you downloaded your enb) scroll down to the bottom download and dump it in the folder (skyrim main folder)) http://enbdev.com/download.htm

Visiting the nexus site means you must follow the provided guidelines. You’ll need some additional modifications, loot, and treasures to ensure everything functions properly. I just set it up yesterday. It takes a bit of time, so paying close attention to each step is crucial for success. All the instructions are included. On the enb site, the required mods also have specific needs—just make sure to review them when downloading. Skyrim modding isn’t just about downloading and installing; it’s more involved.

The "ENB" you saved via NMM was just a preset. Visit the official ENB site to download it. The posters you saw should have guided you correctly.

Which ENB are you using? Real Vision? Did you actually install the Mod by clicking download in the NMM link on Real Vision's thread? Make sure you stick to every detail in the ENB discussion, including load and installation orders. I’m using Real Vision as my ENB—it has the best compatibility. Still, it remains quite selective. Let’s begin by confirming you followed all the steps correctly before proceeding.
