I'm a Linux user wanting to install Coreboot on my HP Pavillion p7-1380t. I'm trying to do this on other boards later as a hobbyist. How can I swap the OEM BIOS for Coreboot specifically on this motherboard? Also, I plan to boost the DDR3 RAM and use software not based on Ubuntu in what I call "The Moldy Nugget." Libreboot is just a modified version of coreboot without any additional files or binaries.

Libreboot functions only on a narrow range of motherboards, many of which are outdated now. Getting rid of UEFI is essentially futile. I’ve been there myself—it’s similar to attempting to reset the management settings on modern Intel processors from the 3rd or 4th generation. This highlights how far open-source software has fallen behind in recent years.

It would help if we created a fresh thread or simply added the updated version as the bump post instead of just reviving it. Anyway... https://doc.coreboot.org/mainboard/index.html#hp Not available, not feasible. Why are you really interested in Coreboot? Adapting Coreboot to a device is quite challenging.
