Im currently running my Aorus b450m with a 2600x an have recently OC'ED from 3.8 to 4.10ghz with a dynamic vcore offset at +.245 an dynamic soc at auto is that too much or too little ? an wither or not it is on my linux pc what the best cpu benchmark test to run to check stability my current one i use is s-tui an is ther a way to set the stress options to get best result ? at load after an 1hr my arctic freezer 2 120mm holds my 2600x at 58 - 60c in a 72deg room with an during a stress run some minimum stutter an micro freezes an few secs every once in a while tho my concern is at idle while using browser an music player an any pix editing like krita i get more noticeable stuttering an micro freezes i dont know if i could be related to my ram as its 2 sets of Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 16GB (8GBx2) CL16 BL2K8G32C16U4W (WHITE) with xmp enabled at 1.35volts with auto timing unless you can suggest better Manuel timings i should try ?

I would maintain XMP active and attempt a reduced frequency. The 2600x can only handle up to 2933mhz. Configure it and conduct some tests.

It could be insufficient. I'm using a 1600 chip with worse OC chips at 4.1GHz and 1.425 static, which appears to work without issues—around 50°C at idle and about 73°C under load. Since everyone here is very enthusiastic about upgrades, I don't think long-term electromigration will be a major concern unless voltage or temperature spikes significantly. My RAM is set to XMP 3200, so I'm curious what @Guest 5150 means about supported XMP speeds.

Your approach appears to be... "I have a 1600 clocked at this speed on a board with memory running X speed, and it works fine. Yours should too!"

Diagnostics don't behave that way.

Adjusting your RAM to 2933mhz instead of 3200mhz would likely need a lower voltage, while keeping it at 1.35mhz is probably safe and would be better.

Updating on the status, backup is active at 3200MHz with these configurations. Timings are set to 1.375 - 1.38. It looks like it’s been running for nearly two months nonstop at 24/7 without any problems. So far everything is working well—boot times from cold start to main desktop after OS login are 14 seconds. Since the new settings were applied on June 3rd, there’s no stuttering or freezes.
