Created a brief clip to illustrate the issue: http://gfycat.com/AnotherElasticJellyfish In Windows 7, files and programs appeared instantly as I typed them (as shown in the gif). With Windows 10, only folders and programs on the C drive show up, requiring another window that takes a long time to open. I’m aware this is just a few seconds but it frustrates me a lot. I’ve enabled all indexing options: http://i.imgur.com/FIzpa9Y.png Any assistance would be greatly appreciated—hope there’s a fix.

Searching requires effort and happens while your machine is not working. Adding more indexes makes it take longer. Choose important folders for faster performance. This approach also improves your search outcomes.
