I've already tested it and the outcome remains unchanged. It seems the memory kit might be the issue. The performance is worsening even more now.

You could reset CMOS and raise memory speed manually by lifting the voltage from 1.2 to 1.35v, keeping other settings automatic. Begin at 2133mhz and adjust gradually, checking performance at each step.

Can you verify your CPU's condition separately? I’ll handle the rest, but I’m really focused on the 3950x.

Hello everyone, to prevent creating another discussion on the same topic, I’m sharing my experience with a 3950x system that’s running sluggishly. It uses a custom watercooling loop and the CPU stays around 40°C. After installing Windows and drivers, it would freeze after loading programs. I suspected an NVMe issue since it only worked with RAM-loaded apps and couldn’t access the disk. I moved to a spare SATA SSD, which improved stability. Later, I reinstalled Windows on the NVMe drive and installed drivers one by one to identify the cause. Surprisingly, my AVG antivirus was making the NVMe disk unresponsive. The system remains slow and sometimes freezes, while my brother’s 8-core Ryzen 7 with an SATA SSD feels much smoother. Any advice would be invaluable.

Hardware specs: Ryzen 9 3950x, Asus Strix X570F, Asus Strix RX 5700 XT, Samsung 970 Evo Plus, HyperX 64GB @ 3200MHz
