Hi,

My computer frequently freezes and restarts while gaming. This issue specifically arises with demanding games, and I’m unsure of the cause; it simply powers down and recovers without any notification or error message. I’ve exhausted all online solutions thus far, with no success. My graphics card and processor temperatures reach approximately 70-75°C during gameplay, suggesting this isn't the root issue.

Your power supply unit is far from ideal. I would recommend a replacement. Given your difficulties, it’s probably the source of the issue.

Provide your complete computer specifications. Frequently experiencing restarts under heavy use (such as gaming) typically suggests an issue where the power supply unit isn’t delivering sufficient wattage during those demanding moments.

That’s a really good point! Let me rephrase and focus on what we need to do – essentially, we’re looking for a replacement because of these recurring problems. It sounds like a fresh start would be beneficial, and I'll try to explain the situation clearly to get the right solution in place.

That's a bit too much detail! I will focus on the core message: "The psu is just rebadged TR2 garbage."

Rewritten Text:

"This PSU is a rebranded, low-quality product – essentially, it’s garbage."

Yeah, any of the following:
EVGA G3 550w,
Seasonic Focus Plus Gold
Corsair RMX/Rmi/Txm (if at a decent price)
are all good options. They will have a 7-10 year warranty and serve you well for another build in a couple of years time.
