The white cpu started up right away and remains solid. The computer doesn't show any input, the monitor displays no signal, and the gpu fans aren't running. All fans—cpu, psu, and case—are spinning. It's a 2-year-old 5800x, and the system worked well until recently when it was moved to my new flat. The first troubleshooting steps would be recommended.

Consider refreshing the BIOS using the provided guide, applying the newest version, to potentially restore your setup.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, include full system details such as CPU, cooler, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU, chassis, OS, monitor, and note the age of the PSU along with its make and model. The BIOS version for your motherboard is also important.
Thread moved from the Motherboards section to the Systems section.
