I own an older HP LGA1366 serverboard that’s been with me for about a year, but I’ve struggled to get it running properly. I haven’t found any online details about its specifications or pin layout. It seems the power connectors and RAM requirements might be different from what I expect. I’ve tested various CPU sockets and single sockets without success, and I’m looking for guidance on pinouts, manuals, and the original system it was built for.

I own one of these myself, and several issues stand out, especially with the fans. Without a 5-pin fan, the motherboard won’t let it boot. Also, X-series Xeons aren’t well supported—my experience with an X5560 was risky. Which CPU are you running?
