My Xbox One controller isn't syncing with my computer using Bluetooth. It shows up in the device list, but it repeatedly attempts to connect without actually establishing a connection, and eventually disappears after a period of inactivity.

What operating system are you running? You might require a connection through micro-USB to download the necessary software drivers.

I’ve already attempted to use Windows 10 with a USB drive, and it functions perfectly. However, Bluetooth connectivity is not operating correctly.
