Hello everyone, I have a friend who doesn't use forums and I thought it would be best for us to seek assistance here.

He currently has:
R7 5700X3D-32GB 3200MhZ ram-RX6600 (soon to be 3080ti once we resolve this issue) - MSIB550M, Mobo-1TB, Kingston NV2, M.2 SSD
Previously he had a 550W PSU and everything functioned properly. After purchasing a RTX3080Ti, he decided to replace his PSU with a modular MSI MAG A850GL. He used the new cables that came with the PSU, installed everything correctly, but upon swapping the motherboard, the EZDEBUG LED became stuck on the fourth one with a white light (BOOT_WHITE LED).

We attempted several things:
- Re-seating all cables
- Disconnecting and reinstalling RAM
- Clearing CMOS using a jumper
- Removing the BIOS battery briefly and reinserting it
- Unplugging and removing every SSD or bootable drive to check the BIOS
- Only when we unplugged everything from the back of the motherboard (except the power cable) did it appear to boot normally, but without a monitor connected, no screen was visible. We then plugged in the DP cable (also tried with HDMI) and it again stuck on the BOOT_WHITE LED.

Since we couldn't get any signal or see the BIOS, none of these steps helped. We're very concerned about damaging his new 3080Ti by connecting it now.

Any suggestions for alternative solutions? We're still looking but haven't found anything useful.

verify that every connector on the motherboard is connected to the PSU. The 24-pin slot splits into an 18-pin and a 10-pin, plus the CPU 8-pin connector.
