Hello everyone,
I understand this issue has several discussions but none of them solved it for me. The main problem is: after installing BF V, when I press play it loads the claud and then stops. The origin appears briefly before returning to normal, allowing me to play again. BF V is visible in Task Manager but disappears afterward.

I've tried the following fixes:
- Reinstalled Origin
- Updated all drivers
- Ran CCcleaner
- Turned off the overlay
- Cleared Origin cache
- Restarted the system
- Fixed BF V in Origin (no lasting changes)
- Deleted a file and retried
- Executed dxdiag (no errors found – attached)
- Reinstalled the game
- Disabled Fast Startup in Windows 10
- Turned off firewall

Additionally, BF V doesn’t create a file in the "Folders" section of the map, which prevents me from turning DX12 off.
I’m unsure what might be causing this, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
Thanks, Joker

Have you accessed the menu options? Or are you encountering difficulties before proceeding?

Nothing occurs...
I tap play inside the origin or on the BF V icon. Then I notice BF V appears in the task manager after 30 seconds and it vanishes.
That's it.
PS:
Here the DxDiag file: DxDiag.txt

Keep in mind that this game is among the most demanding AAA titles right now and your CPU performance is quite limited.

I just got it working... performed a fresh start of Windows, so there should be a program that blocks BF V. Now I can begin identifying which one it is.
