I'm trying to learn Linux but my Wi-Fi adapter isn't connecting. I saw a discussion with someone who shared a driver, but it doesn't seem to work for me. A thread linked to help might be useful, though the forum here doesn't allow me to include links directly. This site feels strange—I'll just paste the link in the reason instead of sharing it here.

I suggest reworking the title for clarity. The original was confusing; it seems you were referring to a wireless AC adapter rather than a power supply. From your description, it appears you're likely talking about a Mediatek MT7601U USB wireless adapter.

Just got back from home and was trying to hurry up. That's all.

Have you verified the extra drivers in the settings? It’s possible they’re turned off.

I don't understand why the link can't be viewed on mobile devices. It would help to know the type of computer—laptop or desktop—and the specific model details. You likely won't need the same driver as another user, though a different one might. Checking 'lspci' or 'lsusb' could reveal the adapter information. Sharing those results might be useful if you can connect via LAN or move the text elsewhere.
