Troubleshoot Windows 8.1 help with Alt+Tab and cursor problems
I've encountered a couple of minor problems with Windows 8.1 recently (it wasn't an issue on Windows 8). First, the Alt+Tab window keeps toggling between XP/Classic and Metro styles—I prefer the Metro version because it makes switching intuitive. Second, the cursor reverts to the default when I restart, but after adjusting settings in Mouse/Cursor, it changes back to the custom one. Anyone have any ideas or fixes for these? I've searched online but haven't found a solution yet. It's just a bit frustrating, but not urgent. Don't waste my time with complaints—just solutions would be great!
It seems the installation might have encountered an issue. The Alt tab behavior could depend on the type of application you're using. Modern UI apps appear in a left overlay, while traditional desktop programs use the classic alt tab style. Haha, your design really caught my attention!
I attempted that, but the issue resurfaced unexpectedly. The fine print mainly targets users of Windows 8.
