Identified the issue—it’s the RAM slot on my motherboard. Pressing harder allows me to boot and pass the 15 code. I’m using a Z87 board. Please let me know if this resolves the problem. Thanks!

Consider cleaning the RAM slot and stick with a dry brush, or switch to another slot because your motherboard supports four slots, please try

I've already cleaned it and put it in other slots, but the 2 and 4 slots aren't working sometimes. Also, the motherboard is quite sensitive—even a little shake or vibration could cause the PC to freeze.
