Hey everyone! I’m dealing with a new laptop from Best Buy. After the Windows update, I keep seeing this pop-up error when opening Windows Explorer for the first time. I found a fix online to delete the file iexplorer.exe, but it didn’t work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I would restore the system. Boxes are not sent back to the maker for fixes; they’re just returns, which could mean someone else has data on them. BestBuy usually removes accounts, but that depends on their service team handling it properly.
