Windows handles itself without requiring any downloads for removal. During installation of Windows 8, select advanced/custom (one option is chosen), which will display whether you have more than one partition. Each partition is labeled either as a separate drive or as a full partition. After that, click on the partition and go to the delete option at the bottom of the screen. Note: All steps occur inside the Windows installation interface. You only need the Windows ISO, activation key, and a USB drive or DVD.
