I’m trying to set up my OS on the upcoming SSD using a bootable USB, but I’m facing a problem that needs clarification. Could you walk through your setup again or confirm what steps you’ve taken so far?

Use Rufus to create an ISO file and then install it on your device.

With the Media Creation tool, you must choose the option for generating installation media for another system. It will prompt you about the drive where to create the media and require you to pick the corresponding USB letter. The C drive is your existing Windows installation with less than 1GB remaining, which explains the issue.

Do you have the USB drive connected? (Apologies if this seems straightforward) Can you locate it in 'My Computer' or 'Disk Management'? Does it show a drive letter? Is its size at least 8GB?

It's a generic USB device; specific make and model details are missing. Some models may not be compatible.
