Tried to overclock the processor from 3.4 to 4.0 and adjusted voltage. System restarted and then crashed with a BSOD. Now it's stuck in a boot loop with multiple error messages. Updated HDD and installed Windows, but the issue persists. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When you increased the clock speed using the BIOS settings, you should reinitialize the BIOS through one of the three methods provided in the link.
