A different group is developing the latest console versions. Nvidia collaborates to integrate PC-only capabilities. Also, MGS v Phantom Pain will launch on these systems, which sounds great.

Treyarch is the sole developer who genuinely focuses on the PC in any meaningful way. The others simply overlook it and provide a typical "meh" experience.
