Clearing your CMOS will restore the BIOS to its standard configuration. The instructions are provided in the motherboard's guide.

I've attempted but no results, removing the battery and reinstalling it on the motherboard still doesn't work. Could there be another factor involved?

You searched for "trixx" to try boosting your graphics card performance, correct?
Reverting the CMOS would clear any overclock settings on the motherboard but wouldn't impact the GPU. Try removing the card and checking if it boots.
I don't know much about Trixx. Would it allow you to rewrite the GPU BIOS? If that's the case, you might need to reach out to Sapphire.
