I was performing some tests on the setup (complete scan and sfc) and everything seemed normal. Then I decided to reboot the computer. Now it's stuck in the VGA debug display on the motherboard. The keyboard and mouse LEDs aren't lighting up. I've attempted to reset CMOS, tested one RAM stick at a time in different slots, used fresh SATA cables, reconnected power cables on the PSU and motherboard, inspected the board for damage, reattached the GPU, tried connecting only the GPU, SSD, keyboard, and mouse. If I connect the keyboard and mouse while the GPU is off, it works—lights are on and Num Lock functions properly. When I connect the GPU directly, only the VGA debug light remains active. The specifications are: CPU Ryzen 5 2600, GPU Zotac RTX 3060, RAM 2x Kingston HyperX 8GB at 2666MHz, PSU Seasonic M12II 620 Bronze, motherboard MSI A320M Pro VH Plus OS, operating system Win11 Pro. Sadly, my CPU lacks an integrated GPU, so no display appears on the motherboard ports. If this issue stems from the GPU, what might have happened? The system was functioning normally right before I restarted. It makes me wonder if I made a mistake during the reboot.

Reset CMOS by turning off the power supply. Disconnect the CMOS battery for five minutes. You may have to take out the GPU to reach it.

The problem might relate to the motherboard. Greg Salazar mentioned a similar issue with a PC, suggesting it could be the motherboard. Trying to re-seat the CPU could help determine if the fix works.

I'll give it a shot. It might depend on whether you're using a GPU or your motherboard. I could ask a friend who has a 1050TI to check if it fits. If it doesn't, I might need to upgrade my board tomorrow.

Tried it before too. Same debug issue.

Ugh, let's see if a different GPU works.

We checked the 1050ti again and used the same debug lead.

Consider an alternative PCI-E port.

I'll test the 3060 on your friend's computer to check its functionality.

I tested the GPU on my friend's machine and it functioned properly. I reattempted it on my own PC, but the issue persisted. Chose to purchase a replacement board, which resolved the problem completely. Likely something occurred with the PCI-E connector.
