Hello, I see you shared a video about the issue. The problem occurred after switching to the 5800x3d setup on your ASRock B450M/AC motherboard with the latest BIOS update. Your thermal paste is Artic MX4, and you're using Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 RAM. The system runs NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER, but you're currently using a Ryzen 3 3100 for better performance. You uploaded the video here: https://streamable.com/hwybhi so you don’t need to download it. Let me know if you need further assistance!

You allowed the computer to rest for several minutes after turning it on to help improve memory recognition during the first boot.

After testing that doesn’t fix the problem, consider adding another RAM stick in each slot. I’m not searching myself, but it seems the RAM isn’t detected on the QVL. With a 5800X3D and 32G (two 16GB modules) at 3600MHz Corsair, the 16GB version was listed but the 32GB model had the same number but a different spec—this inconsistency likely caused boot issues. The PC would either loop or fail to power on.

Thanks for the help. The issue was just a few bent pins, and I managed to fix them now. I can start up now.
