Be honest about the fact that the cabling is outside. If I were you, I’d likely just run fiber between the buildings and use media converters at each end. That way, if lightning hits, there’d be no risk of equipment being damaged.

I come from Latvia (EU). If you understand what to watch for, it should be easy to spot. I won’t fall into this trap again because of you. However, buying "cat6" CCA that are so poor is questionable. Many trusted online shops also sell very costly CCA cables.

If you're treating it as a router, that double NAT setup is unnecessary. You could simply switch it to work with the Switch instead.
