Minecraft with Optifine (Java) at 1440p, optimized shaders version 1.0.1 - Latest release. Shader performance: 200 FPS on average, BSL shaders 1.16.4 average 120-150 FPS.

Ray Tracing available only in Bedrock Edition. Java is the only option I have.

Your PTGI uses ray tracing and is a mod for the Java version. I'm testing it on my 5700XT right now.
