Hey there, I see you're really struggling with your build. After a decade of assembling PCs, it's frustrating when things go wrong again. You've made several changes—new motherboard, upgraded RAM, new CPU, and even swapped out the PSU and RAM—but the system remains unstable. The crashes happen intermittently, usually after about 10 seconds when you log in. You mentioned trying to clear CMOS and reinstalling parts, but the issue persists even after replacing the stock RAM. The only part that seems to work is the newer motherboard, but the rest still doesn't boot. I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it. Any suggestions?

I might consider re-flashing the BIOS if it’s feasible. As for the 1kW power requirement, what’s the reason behind it?

I went back to an earlier version but it didn’t work. The 1000W is meant for a later 4090 model.

Begin from scratch, outside the case. Construct using only essential components: CPU, 1 stick of RAM, one drive with OS. Install if stable, then replace one part at a time.

He mentioned doing exactly what he said is the most effective approach to identify the problem.

If none of these solutions helps, it might be time to upgrade your motherboard.

It seems my Mobo stopped working. I got a new one and it fixed everything. I don’t know what happened, but I recall the motherboard had issues sending data between devices when I bought it. Thanks!

The fix was finally found. You didn’t mention any prior problems with the motherboard.
