You can try using Audacity to adjust the bitrate of your tracks. iTunes also supports higher quality formats, so you might be able to convert them there as well. Let me know if you need more details!

The improvement in quality doesn’t happen automatically when increasing bitrate. You need to obtain files with higher bitrates before expecting better results.

As ZetZet mentioned, you'd be analyzing data that already lacks information because of a reduced sampling frequency.

You cannot enhance the quality of a source file. Only downgrade or reduce resolution is possible, not improve it further. For example, converting a FLAC file to 320kbps MP3 works, but reversing that process keeps the same quality. You end up with a bigger file without any real benefit.

It's impossible. It's like making a 1080p photo into 4K. Even if you do it, it won't make a difference. There is no difference between .flac and .mp3

The audio quality is decent, though it comes with a bigger file size and reduced compatibility options.

I am not saying that one is higher quality or more compatible. You just said " There is no difference between .flac and .mp3"

It seems like you're emphasizing a point, but the distinction isn't really significant. It probably doesn't matter much.
