I’m planning to purchase a laptop set up with Raid0 by default. Since I often use it heavily, I’m worried about accidentally shutting it down and possibly harming the SSDs. Some online communities mentioned that this could cause damage and make the drive unusable. Can I somehow "un-raid" it so that even if something goes wrong, only one drive is affected?

Turn off RAID settings in BIOS, erase the drives using the Windows installer, then reinstall Windows.

It's highly improbable this will affect the system during an unexpected shutdown.
