I'm planning to transfer my game files and other data to a larger SSD (around 600GB) once I set up the new system with a new M.2 drive and reinstall Windows. I'm unsure if the games will still work after this change.

Updating the operating system on an SSD greatly boosts speed. Many game clients can automatically recognize previous installations, avoiding the need to download from scratch.
