Transferring Windows to an SSD speeds up performance.
I’ve got Windows 10 Pro, the newest version, and I purchased the license from kingpenguin.com. My 500 GB SATA SSD is connected and functioning properly. All important files have been moved elsewhere, so I’m wondering how to copy just the Windows installation files to my SSD without moving anything else.
Setting up Windows 10 on a flash drive isn't working for you and others.
The optimal approach is to perform a full system reset by installing Windows 10 on a new SSD, followed by transferring your data files like documents and photos. Upgrading to a new SSD offers significantly better performance compared to cloning or moving your files to the new drive.
