Transferring Windows to a new SSD without cost
Check if the subject fits this forum. I aim to share only necessary files for booting Windows from a new SSD, at no cost. The AOMEI partition wizard appears to be free, but it doesn’t work as expected.
Transfer only the necessary files to boot Windows from a new SSD, completely free. I attempted AOMEI partition wizard, which is supposed to be free, but it didn’t work.
I discovered this on Google but haven't tested it yet. The site mentioned a program from Aomei called Backupper, which offered a migration option for Windows 10 to an SSD. It was amusing because the free version let you migrate, but activating it required posting a tweet about the service—something I did right away and then deleted immediately afterward. It seems they removed that requirement, making payment necessary now. Even though I never updated the software, I can still use it for free.
This experience was disappointing; I also tried the program but it ends up costing a lot.
Yes, you're correct. You can reinstall Windows 10. If it was previously activated on that device, it should work again.
