There are various tools available for cloning, like EaseUS Todo Backup. However, it frequently fails. Windows resists copying files to another drive. Therefore, fresh installations remain the best option.

Use a tool named disk cloner. Avoid performing a fresh install before attempting to clone. A fresh install should only be done when all other options have failed.

It worked even when I first used it. I transferred my mother-in-law's files from a damaged 500GB hard drive to a 240GB SSD. I’ve never paid any cost for this app.
