I did it the same way as before—moved your HDD or SSD to the new machine, connected and restarted. I think you're looking to move it from the old setup to the new one. If you need a backup, Macrium Reflect works well for that, though you'll still require a fresh Windows license. The method I described was mentioned in another post.
