I recently installed an NVMe SSD and tried to transfer data from my old hard drive, but didn’t see a clear method. I’m looking for guidance or assistance.

The optimal choice is to perform a clean, fresh installation of Windows using the Window Media Creation Tool.

If he were swapping motherboards, yes, that would be ideal. However, he's not doing it—he's installing an SSD and moving his Windows setup from the old mechanical drive to the new one. He can handle that process. OP, check out Macrium Reflect on Google and learn more. It should cover everything you need.

Get a free copy of Veeam Agent for Windows. Set up a bare metal recovery using a compatible USB HDD. Generate the recovery media so you can boot from it and restore data onto a new NVMe SSD.
