Hello, your setup sounds okay for now. Moving your PC to the luggage compartment is a common practice, and removing the GPU while keeping the CPU and RAM is fine. Just make sure the cooling system stays secure. No major issues expected unless you notice overheating during travel.
It should be fine, but removing the RAM is cheap and easy peace of mind. (There's always the chance of the plastic retainers opening up or breaking, especially if your RAM has a fancy, heavy heat spreader.) You'll want to reseat the RAM anyway once you get to wherever it is you're going.
Despite static buildup, the computer remains protected by bubble wrap.
If handled gently, everything stays intact. For shipping via logistics providers or with extra precautions, remove the mentioned sections.
