Only you understand your steam folders. However, the topic in question refers to any location where steam is present on that drive. Steam Applications > General

Open Steam settings, navigate to downloads, then select Steam Library folders, and add the new SSD folder.

It might be better to rely on other platforms instead of YouTube. It’s likely the most reliable source for tutorials. I personally tried using it for this specific task.
