You can move Windows 10 Home from one drive to another without erasing data. Just ensure you back up important files first, then transfer the installation media or use the built-in tools to relocate the OS. This will let you take advantage of your new M.2 drive while keeping everything intact.

Perform a fresh setup (disconnect all other disks), then connect the drives and transfer files using File Explorer, after that reallocate the previous disks to erase data and eliminate all old system partitions.
