Someone with experience has confirmed it's fine. You can replace the old NVMe SSD with a new one on your upgraded motherboard. On Windows 11, the process is straightforward—just follow the instructions from guides like Jayztwocents. When you start the setup, it will prepare the devices and install drivers. Let me know if you need more details!

It should work well most of the time, though some leftover drivers might lead to issues. If improved stability isn't worth the effort of replacing the windows, proceed.

This discussion highlights a major concern by @Dukesilver27-. However, sticking with the Intel line increases the likelihood of success. If you switched to AMD, cloning and transferring would be nearly impossible—though it's safe to try, just make sure your files are backed up first. Once the transition is done, the system should start working normally after a short period.
