Use an Ethernet cable for a network transfer. It will likely be quicker and simpler.

GTA reaches 70 to 80 GB now, and even with a 64 GB USB drive, only about 60 GB would be accessible.

Link the machines directly with an ethernet cable, check the subnet configurations to enable the direct link, or use a switch and connect both devices. Verify you can send pings between them. Afterward, set up a home group in Windows and share the GTA directory. Once shared, copy the file onto the new machine via the network share.
