After making a complete clone everything appears normal, but when checking in the Windows Event Viewer you notice system issues. Installing future updates becomes problematic after migration, especially if you try to apply updates via Windows Update. Typically there aren’t any. Many people duplicate their drives, often smoothly. You didn’t respond to my question. How many drives have you cloned yourself?
