He asked if he could relocate the entire setup from the rig he currently uses to a different one. I’d say moving exactly the same hardware would work, but swapping the motherboard or CPU is better. I recommend doing a fresh Windows 7 installation and then upgrading to Windows 10 once you switch to the new rig and hardware. Also, make sure to post this in the appropriate category.
