I recently attempted to move a file to your PC's NVMe SSD, which performs much better than the traditional hard drive. Handbrake didn't start during the test.

Perform an iperf test from your PC to the server to evaluate the actual bandwidth. It’s possible a limitation is restricting performance to 100Mbps, which could be due to a faulty cable, router configuration, switch settings, or another factor.
