However, the operator is located just two meters away. On that spot with my 5G connection, I'm getting about 85MB per second. Yet the actual AP still delivers much better results no matter how low the claimed maximum speeds are.

No matching settings found, but I searched and discovered Windows optimal configurations for Wi-Fi AX. Tested 2.4GHz only – just 10MB/s download. Connected via Ethernet – reached 100MB/s. Likely the issue is with the firmware or related settings.
