It looks like your system already has a disc drive, but the new one isn't recognized. You'll need to use a USB flash drive to install Windows. This guide works as long as you have a disc reader connected to your old PC to read the installation media, then create the USB from there.

Skip the disc and create USB media yourself. Start Windows via USB. Press the provided key to turn it on.

Right now I believe a 32 GB drive is necessary, want to verify. 32 seems ideal, though 26 should work if you only have that much storage.
