It looks like your system already has a disc drive, but the new one isn't recognized. You'll need to use a USB flash drive to install Windows. This guide works as long as you have a disc reader connected to your old PC to read the installation media, then create the USB from there.

Right now I believe a 32 GB drive is necessary, want to verify. 32 seems ideal, though 26 should work if you only have that much storage.
