The connection quality is decreasing each day. The advertised maximum speed is 30,768 kilobits, but I haven't reached that level.

When examining the SNR at your end, you notice it doesn't match the SNR seen upstream. This could mean peak usage time, an issue with your ISP, or you may need to reach out to them for assistance.

It's probably due to your ISP; they should contact them since your connection has over 30 Mbps remaining.
