Begin by placing the CD into your CD/DVD driver. Begin the FairStars CD Ripper application. It will show all song details in columns: ID (song order), Title (default names like Track01), Length (duration), Size (size). Choose what you want to copy—select all or specific tracks—and listen to them as they play. Adjust settings such as speed (up to 40X, 32X) and output options (format, folder, filenames). After configuring, click Extract at the top to transfer the music files to your computer. The software also offers additional tools for copying CD music, explore its related features in the "Related Soft" section.

You could accomplish this on your own without needing a third-party tool.

It seems you're asking if everything can be handled within the Windows Media Player.

This wouldn't function with an audio CD.

Exactly Audio Copy remains the go-to for top-notch audio quality rips for years. Other options don’t hold up. Fewer folks are doing CD rips these days.
