Developers shouldn't be blamed for seeking GameWorks. While Nvidia's approach can seem overconfident in restricting AMD from optimizing, their technology is undeniably attractive to game studios. The Arkham series has consistently highlighted Nvidia's strengths, especially with Asylum pioneering the use of PhysX for impactful results.

It's acceptable if they provide a thoroughly tested and refined game that performs well without unnecessary tricks like excessive tessellation, which could unfairly slow things down for all users.
