Adding an RX 460 2GB to your current build should allow you to run FiveM in full HD with acceptable performance. The Vega 8 8GB and 3000MHz RAM will provide a solid foundation, though keep in mind that higher-end games may still push the limits.

It depends on how you define acceptable graphics settings. With just 2GB of VRAM, you'll likely face restrictions in texture quality.

Yes, it's possible to enjoy 1080p at a lower frame rate while maintaining good FPS.

upgrade your setup by swapping in a Ryzen 3 2200G with Vega 8 for an RX 470 4GB, or pair it with an I5 2400 or add the RX 460 2GB alongside the Ryzen 3 2200G.

The i5 2400 is a major issue, and without knowing the RAM and motherboard details it doesn't make sense to just get the motherboard. Adding an RX 460 would be a better upgrade.

You're holding onto a 2200g socket with a wide selection of compatible CPUs, but the best i7 option is struggling in games, making that platform almost useless. In reality, you might want to hold off for a better offer or switch cards. Your other components—especially the power supply—should be checked; if it's outdated, upgrading could bring you something like an RX470 or similar and fit your budget better.

Your PSU is what you're asking about, and your RAM is 2x4GB sticks.

That could really impact your performance. What’s your PSU doing? Or are you still putting together a system?
